The 2613 removal system permits removal and re-installation of a pump without disturbing the discharge piping. It includes a compact cast iron floor discharge elbow. A wedge type coupling assures a tight fit between the pump and the floor discharge elbow. Guide pipes are mounted on the elbow and upper guide pipe bracket. The guide pipes steer the pump to a perfect landing on the floor discharge elbow. Floor discharge elbows have ANSI 2, 3, 4 or 6 inch flanges.

The 2616 valve assembly has all the check valve and isolation valve requirements for a duplex wastewater pumping system combined into one unit. The 2616 assembly consists of two wastewater check valves and one four way plug valve. The tough, weighted ball is ground to close sphericity tolerances which assures positive sealing at low back pressures. The four-way valve isolates either pump or the discharge line. The operating position has both pumps open to the discharge. The check valves and plug valve body have standard ANSI B61 iron 125 PSI flanges.

The Weil 2619 pressure seal is available for double opposed seal submersible pumps. This is an inexpensive option designed to protect the seal and extend the life of submersible pumps.

A positive pressure in the seal cavity causes the sealing liquid to go from the higher pressure seal cavity to the lower pressure case cavity.

A reverse flow wastewater pump system is designed for flow rates between 85 and 350 GPM. These installations handle hot and cold waste. The self-cleaning strainer prevents rags, paper towels, and large solids from entering the wet well. This keeps the pump impeller clear of all hard to pump materials. Some solids have a tendency to "raft" on top of liquids rather than mixing. The reverse flow system eliminates this wastewater system pumping problem.
