Weil makes a full line of control panels. Controls can be used with vertical, submersible and dry well pump systems.

Simplex panels control one pump. Duplex alternating panels control and alternate two pumps.

Available in NEMA 1, 4 DDDF and 4X enclosures.

Explosion proof are for lever or tethered level controls.

All level controls can be used with either vertical or submersible pump systems.


• Lever
  Lever switches are mounted on a pedestal and actuated by a rod, which is moved by a float. There are several types of floats. One is fixed on the bottom of the rod and the other slides on the rod. Lever switches are positive, visible and mechanical. The lever switch is very popular and is used for submersible and vertical pump installations.
  
  The alternator switch has a stop button on the rod, which actuates the switch lever. The alternator switch controls two pump motors with an ability to turn on the second pump if the first pump can not handle the load. It is a very versatile and adaptable type of control.



• Pressure Diaphragm
  Pressure diaphragm controls sense liquid level by means of a diaphragm actuated micro switch. Rising water applies pressure to the diaphragm plate causing actuation of the switch.



• Tethered
  Tethered switches are available in both pilot and HP rated units.
  
  Tethered Pilot Duty models are used with various control panels from the Weil 8100 group.
  
  Tethered HP rated models are independent controls that can be utilized to a cost advantage. They are for single-phase pumps that have built-in thermal overload protection.
