Ginder Pump

Grinder pumps have a rotary cutter and stationary shredder ring. The rotating cutter and stationary shredder ring are hardened type 440C stainless steel to provide a long service life.

Slicer pumps have two hardened stainless steel cutting blades; one rotating blade and one stationary blade. Slicer pump GPM capacities are higher and pressures lower than a grinder pump.

Slicer pump models will digest disposable diapers and other items that might clog a conventional pump.

Use the slicer pump with a Weil Scum Blaster system to break up and agitate surface flotsam. The combination of the slicer pump and Scum Blaster is a cure for a wet well with a difficult scum problem.
